FAU Basketball 2023-24 Schedule Unveiled

Regular Season Slate Features Home Matchups Against Top Competition

Boca Raton, Fla. (June 1, 2023) - Florida Atlantic University men's basketball head coach Michael Curry announced the team's regular season schedule for the 2023-24 season on Thursday. The 31-game slate features 14 home games inside FAU Arena, including matchups against some of the top teams in the country.

Non-Conference Schedule

The Owls will open the season with a pair of exhibition games against Palm Beach Atlantic (Oct. 28) and Barry University (Nov. 1). FAU will then tip off the regular season at home against North Florida on Nov. 7. The Owls will host a pair of tournaments in November, the FAU Thanksgiving Classic (Nov. 24-25) and the FAU Holiday Classic (Dec. 19-20). FAU will also travel to face some of the top teams in the country, including road games at Florida (Dec. 13) and Iowa State (Dec. 22).

Conference USA Schedule

The Owls will begin Conference USA play on the road at UAB on Dec. 27. FAU will host its conference home opener against FIU on Dec. 31. The Owls will play a total of 18 conference games, including home and away matchups against each of the other 14 C-USA schools.

Postseason Schedule

The Conference USA Tournament will be held from March 8-11, 2024, at the Ford Center at The Star in Frisco, Texas. The winner of the tournament will receive an automatic bid to the NCAA Tournament. The NCAA Tournament will be held from March 19-April 1, 2024, at various sites across the country.
